CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist (M/F)

The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution framework for CRM and email marketing across all Oberalp brands (Salewa, Dynafit, Wild Country, LaMunt, Evolv). This role will act as the central governance point for CRM processes, ensuring standardization, scalability, and performance across multiple brands and markets. The position will lead the development of a unified CRM operating model, manage the intake and prioritization of requests, and drive automation and personalization initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.

Tasks & responsibilites

  • Strategy & Governance
    • Define and maintain the CRM vision, roadmap, and governance model for all brands
    • Establish and enforce standards for campaign taxonomy, templates, and processes
    • Lead the CRM council and manage Jira roadmaps for intake and prioritization
  • Execution & Enablement
    • Oversee the rollout of a modular email template system and automation flows
    • Ensure timely delivery of newsletters and lifecycle campaigns across brands
    • Implement frequency capping and cross-brand collision management
  • Data & Technology
    • Collaborate with IT to maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Ensure data hygiene, consent compliance (GDPR), and preference center functionality
    • Define and monitor governance with the goal of accurate performance
  • Performance & Optimization
    • Develop and maintain unified CRM dashboards and KPIs.
    • Drive A/B testing and continuous improvement across campaigns and automations.
    • Report on performance in weekly reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Change Management
    • Create playbooks, training materials, and run enablement sessions for brand teams
    • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM best practices and troubleshooting

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing (multi-brand experience preferred)
  • Proven track record with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP
  • Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • GDPR and data privacy best practices, lifecycle marketing strategies and automation frameworks, familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
