Customer Service Amazon Internship (M/F)

We are looking for an intern who supports us with our biggest online Customer Amazon with immediate effect for at least 6 months.
With this internship, you will get a 360° overview of the customer experience starting from the order of clients through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service. The Customer Service will check orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and will track the status until the final delivery. This experience will give you the possibility to understand the needs and requirements of the end consumer and the guidelines and processes regarding the Customer Service. 


Tasks and responsibilities
•    Support the order and clients data entry in the ERP system
•    Assist the first level support for issues and general requests about company, brand and products
•    Support clients and sales team in the order management regarding availabilities and order state
•    Help working on Vendor Central Amazon checking all open cases from Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, France and UK 
•    Assist in handling of claims from Amazon 
•    Help the deliveries and the logistic department and collaborate with the credit management and Invoicing department 
•    Assist in the analysis of customer pain-points, issues and needs


•    University student or degree in economics or in a similar field
•    Previous experience in administration will be considered as a plus
•    Excellent English and Italian skills, other languages are a plus
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
•    Communication skills
•    Reliability, organization and attention to detail
•    Passionate about ski touring and mountain sports in general is a plus
