Customer Service Under Armour Internship (M/F)

We are looking for an intern who supports our Customer Service team for our distribution brand Under Armour for at least 6 months. Customer Service takes care of orders from retailers and delivers service before and after-sales. Our Customer Service checks orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices, and delivery date and tracks the status until final delivery. Being the main “day-to-day” contact for retailers and customers, you will help to manage their requests, involving the correct people within the organization. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and support the Sales Representatives in order management.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist in the upload and management of sales orders into the ERP system
  • Help to ensure that products are delivered on time with the right quantity and quality 
  • Assist the first-level support for issues and general requests about products and brands
  • Support the sales manager and sales team in preparing and managing the sales campaign, including management of the samples, set up of the showroom, preparation of offers/commercial conditions, communication of availability list, processing of sales reporting/statistics
  • Guarantee high-quality standards of service towards retailers before and after sales, taking into account and managing their requests involving various departments

 

Profile

  • University student or degree in economics, languages or a similar field
  • First experience within the Customer Service field is a plus
  • Excellent Italian and English skills, German and other languages are a plus
  • Passionate about sports
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliability, organization, and attention to detail
