HR Internship (M/F)

We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team for at least 6 months.
You will help to manage the recruiting process of our internships in Bolzano and Montebelluna and give a hand in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics. Furthermore, you will support the area of Learning & Development in several tasks.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support in the management of all internships (contacting candidates, administration, onboarding, follow up)
  • Assist in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics (preparation of texts/news, translations, upload of news on the intranet)
  • Help in updating the Group’s org charts
  • Update the training calendar
  • Help to manage trainings activities (send invitations, contact vendors, prepare the training room/class)
  • Support in training analysis
  • General support in various HR projects/administrative tasks (company events, update of HR software with employee data, etc.)
     

Profile

  • University student or degree in economics or related fields
  • First working experience is considered an advantage
  • Very good Italian and English skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • Standard Excel, Word and Outlook competences
