IT Business Process Partner - Supply Chain

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Process Partner - Supply Chain to join our Group Business Processes & IT Department and support our digital transformation journey, with a key focus on the implemen-tation of the new ERP system.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between IT and functional areas, driving process optimization and operational excellence.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Analyze, optimize and manage end-to-end processes within Product Divisions & Supply Chain.
  • Support the ERP implementation project, managing business changes requirements and software developments.
  • Ensure ERP processes are optimized, compliant, and fully adopted by end-users, contrib-uting to overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Map current and future processes and organizational architecture, fostering a process-oriented culture.
  • Ensure solutions are tested, adopted, and supported by end-users, supporting key users in providing training and guidance.
  • Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business trans-formation initiatives.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relat-ed field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects and business process reengineering, preferably with Business Central or Navision.
  • Strong understanding of Product Division and Supply Chain business processes.
  • Familiar with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio);
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements and actiona-ble solutions.
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong organizational, communication, and inter-personal skills.
  • Confident appearance when engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.  
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluent in English and either Italian or German.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bolzano.

Workplace: Bolzano, IT

Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 40.000€ - 50.000€ + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary.
