IT User Support Internship (M/F)

We are looking for an intern to join our User Support team, which provides technical assistance to employees in an efficient and accurate way. In this role, you will handle first-level technical issues (HD1) and support all company branches. This internship will give you the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge of help desk procedures for hardware, networks, and software.

 

Key Responsibilities:


•    Act as the first point of contact for employees requiring IT support
•    Assist in the configuration and installation of new devices (PCs, mobile phones, printers, VoIP phones)
•    Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve common IT issues
•    Share user feedback and suggestions with the support team
•    Identify and propose improvements to existing procedures

 

Profile:


•    Passion for IT and technology
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 operating environment
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented approach
•    Proficiency in Italian and good command of English or German
