Junior Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our Logistics department. As part of our international supply chain, the Junior Logistics Specialist contributes to ensure reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient transportation flows. In this role, you will support the Logistics team in daily operational activities, including planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with logistics partners and carriers, monitor transport activities, and ensure the accurate handling of transport documentation.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments, in line with company requirements
  • Monitor daily transport activities and resolve transport-related issues when required
  • Coordinate and maintain communication with logistics service providers and transportation partners
  • Support coordination and alignment between Customer Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Demand Planning
  • Prepare and manage customs-related transport, import, and export documentation
  • Coordinate return orders and replacement shipments
  • Support the verification of logistics invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation
  • Prepare logistics reports and support KPI analysis
  • Participate in supply chain projects and support process improvement initiatives


Profile

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field or a high school diploma combined with relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in logistics, customs, warehousing, or similar environments requiring structured planning and accurate execution is considered an advantage
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German is considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is considered a plus
  • Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Annual Gross Base Salary Range:
starting from 30,000€. Compensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
