Key Account Specialist (M/F)

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for supporting our major customers directly at the Italian stores. The main task of this figure is to promote sales with a "pull” strategy in each sales point (off and online) and to support the customer in the enhancement of each brand goals and concepts. This figure will mainly be responsible for visiting, coordinating and delivering activities for Key Accounts. 

Tasks & responsibilities

Key Account Sales Support:

  • Active support to the Key Account Manager in the operational management of all K.A. affiliated stores with regular bi-weekly visits, space management (SIS), information, both for off and on-line channels
  • Processing data analysis and visit/activity reports with predefined KPIs based on Key Account specifications, to optimize the maximum return on the chosen range and in-store investments
  • Autonomous and proactive enhancement of space management in the Key Account sales points across all relevant categories through order blocks, re-assortments and special offers
  • Development of initiatives to support the emotional appeal of the brand during sales negotiations

Key Account Merchandising:

  • Supporting K.A. customers in the in-store field with frequent visits to check and manage spaces
  • Supporting VM activities through POS-Tools (Showcases, Highlight Area, Focus Points, Out-of-Home Campaigns) in coordination with the Marketing and Visual Merchandising department
  • Periodic store checks

Key Account Operations:

  • Training of the sales and customer service team (internal/external) of Key Accounts & at sales points via dedicated "clinics" 
  • Weekly management of K.A. shop assortments in collaboration with the relevant Customer Operations and Store Manager to push re-orders
  • Supporting head office or shop employees at events held with/for Key (e.g. ski tests, running tests, etc.)

Profile

  • Multiannual experience in sales and industry in multichannel networks
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Deep knowledge of the market, product and customer behavior
  • Ability to synthesize and execute quickly
  • Analytical skills and a reliable and independent way of working
  • Good Windows Office skills
  • Excellent Italian and English skills. Good German skills
  • Active and sportive person practicing our core activities (ski-touring, trail running, outdoor sports)
  • Availability to travel frequently
