In this role, you will have the task of monitoring the choices of the final consumer and defining the best mix of product assortments for Under Armour in Italy and Switzerland, optimizing sales and margins.


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Have in mind the “what the consumer sees” mantra in every activity performed
  • Manage and develop the merchandising plans for the Under Armour brand in the Italian and Switzerland market to achieve the overall financial objectives of the Group in alignment with all internal functions
  • Balance brand priorities and commerciality in the creation of assortment packages for all categories and divisions
  • Work with Sales teams to present dedicated assortments to identified clients, in particular Key Accounts
  • Monitor closely market and clients needs as well as past sales figures / trends in order to anticipate future product needs and give approriate input to the Under Armour International HQ
  • Support all activities and analysis related to seasonal product forecasting and buy and perform relevant analysis on product deliveries from factories
  • Present effectively product startegies and new collections at events, meeting with clients, conventions, fairs


Profile

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Background in a sales-driven company/department is an advantage
  • Passionate about sport
  • Fluent in Italian, very good in English
  • Organized and structured
  • Service- and solution-orientated, team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient use of MS Excel (pivot sheets)

Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 32.000€ - 40.000€ + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary
