The Sales Manager is the main responsible for the excellent implementation of the sales strategy for our distributed brand 2117 
and aims to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and promoting products. 
He/she accomplishes business development activities by implementing sales plans in the assigned markets (Italy, Germany, France & Spain).


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Support of the forecasting process by providing analysis of the developments of the orders according to the growth on the assigned markets
  • Analysis of the structure of the collection and identification of needs for the assigned markets
  • Implementation of the brand’s strategy in the assigned markets
  • Meeting of sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
  • Development of the sales strategic plans and programs designed for growth and profitability in the assigned markets
  • Maintainance of direct relationships with key accounts and dealers
  • Coordination of the implementation of all trade concepts & level and the realization of POS-POP material
  • Promotion of the brand organising events and product exhibitions
  • Support and development of first class sales force and service level in the assigned region
  • Opening of new business opportunities evaluating market trends and competitor activities


Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales position, preferably with a distribution company is required
  • Proactive, self-starter individual with natural leadership and communication skills
  • Operational, hands on, the candidate is distinguished by high level of energy and a “can do” attitude.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of the sales and marketing process
  • Strong customer focus and knowledge of consumer branding, communication and promotional techniques
  • Good numeric  and negotiation skills 
  • Strong commercial knowledge
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis
