Sales Specialist Export (M/F)

In this role you will support the Sales Manager Export & the Export Sales Team with various administrative topics, reporting and communication with the Export regions. In addition, you will manage, support and handle daily sales topics for our distributors and agents, like business planning, market research, price analysis, selling, product presentations, budgeting/forecasting, order management, control deliveries & payments, shipment optimization, communication and relation with the defined countries/partners.

Tasks & responsibilities



  • Sales statistics and analysis of the business for all brands and markets, weekly follow up
  • Tracking and monitor of seasonal and long term business plans, seasonal updatesConsolidation of sales reports and preparation of monthly reports
  • Management of general communication between HQ/brands/countries: information, statistics, requests, calendar updates and other important issues
  • Organization and management of Export region meetings (mainly in conjunction with brand meetings) 
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Organization and management of daily back-office support


  • Planning, preparation and management of the seasonal selling seasons (documents, sales programs, forecast & deadlines)
  • Planning and preparation of meetings with distributors/customers, including visits to defined countries if necessary
  • Responsibility for optimizing our marketing investments (POS material, brand campaign & seasonal initiatives) according to our common budget with the countries and in accordance with the Trade Marketing Manager
  • Coordination and support on a daily basis regarding orders, deliveries, credit management and claims
  • Management of defined countries with full responsibility of budget, sales presentations, forecast and general business development according to the company long term goals


  • 3 years of working experience, preferably within sales or business analysis
  • Fluent English is a must, good knowledge of German and/or Italian is a strong advantage 
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Analytical thinking and interest in sales statistics
  • Geopolitical understanding and interest
  • Knowledge of operational topics in sales
  • Organized and structured working approach
