IT DevOps Engineer (M/F)

Our IT department is expanding its integration and automation capabilities to support business growth and ensure seamless collaboration between systems and applications.
As a IT DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing our integration delivery processes. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and support infrastructure as code to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure integrations across our technology landscape.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration and automation projects.
• Develop and execute automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress.io, Selenium, or similar).
• Support deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, YAML, PowerShell).
• Collaborate with the Integration Architect, application teams, and infrastructure colleagues to deliver and maintain integration solutions.
• Configure and enhance project automation and workflows (e.g., Jira).
• Contribute to operational readiness through documentation, monitoring setup, and runbooks.
• Continuously improve DevOps processes, testing, and delivery practices within the CI/CD team.

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or test automation roles.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable).
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms; Azure experience is an advantage.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress.io, Selenium, Postman).
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, SQL, YAML) and database technologies (SQL Server or similar).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, proactive collaboration, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian language, Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
