We make products for mountain lovers by mountain lovers. But our mission doesn’t just belong to us. It belongs to our consumers, athletes, owners and employees, too. Our challenge is to manage and to continuously improve all the processes related to the product design, creation and development until the industrialization. 

We work best when we collaborate: Product Managers define the line plans knowing the brand strategies and consumer markets and align the single teams.  The Designers form, colour and shape the products. Once the Product Developers have assured the technical standards and performance of the products and combined them with new technologies from the Innovations Group, the Quality Office tests and certifies the product and the materials used.
