AI & Digital Transformation Internship (M/F)

We are looking for a highly motivated AI & Digital Transformation Intern for at least 6 months to help accelerate our Group’s digitalization, productivity and automation. 
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the introduction and scaling of AI & Automation technologies within the company, while gaining a deep understanding of how strategic IT initiatives shape business processes and organizational productivity. 
Your focus will be to evangelize, test, and introduce AI & Automation solutions (≈50%), while applying Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management principles to ensure alignment, governance, and long-term coherence across the transformation journey.
You’ll work at the crossroads of technology, business and strategy, supporting our Business Process & IT Director and the Top Management of the Group in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Act as an AI ambassador: Explore, test, and promote the adoption of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) in a safe and sustainable way.
  • Automate processes: Support the creation of RPA, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions that simplify business workflows.
  • Support portfolio governance: Work with the BP&IT teams to monitor and improve the progress of our Digital Transformation Program.
  • Apply Enterprise Architecture principles: Help map the current and future state of our business capabilities, to align innovation with our Digital Strategy.
  • Communicate transformation progress: Prepare dashboards, presentations, and insights for Executive Management decision-making.


Profile 

  • University student or graduate in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex technological topics.
  • Organized, proactive, analytical, and eager to bridge business and technology.
  • Curious about AI, automation, and enterprise digital transformation.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in AI tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian. German is a plus.
