Customer Service Winter Sports (M/F)

To strengthen our Customer Service of our distributed brands and we are looking for a new team member. The customer service takes care of retailers and clients from the order through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service. Customer Service will check orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and will track the status till final delivery.
Being the main “day to day” contact for retailers and customers, you are responsible to manage their requests, involving for resolution the correct people into the organization. You work closely with the Sales Manager and support the Sales Representatives in the order management.


Tasks and responsibilities
•    Order and clients data entry in the ERP system
•    Be te contact person for clients and Sales Representatives regarding orders for example availabilities, order state, checking orders
•    Ensure that products are delivered on time with the right quantity and quality
•    Be the main day to day contact for retailers– before and after sales – taking into account and managing their requests
•    Support the sales manager and sales team in preparing and managing the sales campaign, including management of the samples, set up of the show room, preparation of offers/commercial conditions, communication of availability list, processing of sales reporting/statistics
•    Collaboration with logistic department and credit management 


•    3+ years of experience in a similar position
•    Very good Italian skills, good English skills, German is a plus 
•    Proficient use of MS Office (Excel)
•    Customer oriented and team player
•    Reliability, organization and attention to detail
•    Passionate about skiing
