Customer Service Retail Internship (M/F)

The Customer Service Retail takes care of orders received from our 60+ own/franchisee stores in Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland and Spain and delivers service before and after-sales. Our Customer Service check orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and tracks the status till final delivery.
We are looking for an intern who supports our Customer Service Retail for at least 6 months.
With this internship, you will get a 360° overview of the customer experience starting from the order of clients through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service in close cooperation with the Merchandising Team as well as Retail Operation Managers. This experience will give you the possibility to see the whole process chain from the product conception to the final purchase and to understand the needs and requirements of the franchise partners as well as own stores. 

 

Tasks and responsibilities
•    Support the order and clients data entry in the ERP system
•    Help to verify correct pricing and manage price-settings for seasonal sales and promo products
•    Assist the first level support for issues and general requests about company, brand and products
•    Support the order management regarding availabilities, order state, claims
•    Help to process and manage the automatic replenishment system
•    Help the deliveries and the logistic department as well as the administrative area for payment check
•    Assist in the analysis of customer pain-points, issues and needs


Profile
•    University student or degree in economics or in a similar field
•    Previous experience in customer support will be considered as a plus
•    Fluent English and Italian, intermediate German
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
•    Communication skills and analytical mindset
•    Reliability, organization and attention to detail
•    Passion for mountain sports
