Digital & Content Marketing Specialist Under Armour (M/F)

For the brand Under Armour, we are looking for a Digital & Content Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital campaigns and CRM activities, and to oversee marketing content delivery/share-out. This role is focused on driving brand/product awareness and foot traffic to physical mono-brand stores via paid social campaigns, digital media projects and email marketing. You will collaborate closely with internal teams on seasonal launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and projects across paid media (such as Google, TikTok, Meta, and other relevant digital channels) and email newsletters
- Responsible for obtaining and managing all relevant seasonal content from the brand
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales team to support product launches, store openings and seasonal campaigns and to ensure alignment and a coherent look&feel of the brand’s digital presentation
- Coordination of external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely development and delivery of high-quality digital content
- Preparation of reporting decks and artwork filesadhering to Under Armour’s guidelines
- Monitor trends to strenghten digital strategy
- Prepare artwork files, digital content (banner, ads etc.) adhering to Under Armour’s guidelines
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sporting goods/fashion/marketing industry
- Hands-on experience social media platforms and email marketing
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding and passion for sport business
- Very good English skills
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva; familiarity with InDesign for quick-turn marketing visuals and assets
