Digital Marketing Senior Specialist (M/F)

As a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist you are responsible for the digital marketing of our brand Salewa. You will plan, execute and have the responsibility for international digital marketing campaigns. Futhermore, you will be responsible for reporting and analysis of online campaigns and the brand website.


 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Evaluation, strategic planning and implementation of a consistent brand online appearance
  • Implementation of the overall longterm Salewa digital marketing strategy
  • Planning and implementation of seasonal online campaigns related to web, e-commerce and retail following the brand’s tone of voice
  • Planning and implementation of brand awareness and performance campaigns including the media plan
  • Reporting and analysis of all digital campaigns  
  • Strong collaboration with the international marketing team as well as with the country marketing managers for a coherent look and feel of the brand’s digital presentation
  • Strong collaboration with the brand’s e-commerce department
  • Third party management: coordination of media and marketing agencies
  • Cooperation with graphic designers to optimize the content quality and ensure the look-and-feel respecting the brand’s CI guidelines
  • Ownership of the brand’s website, leadership and development of the Salewa website within the digital marketing strategy
  • Maintenance and continuous development of the Salewa brand website regarding technologies, plug-ins and general website enhancements in consideration of the customer journey and user experience
  • Monitoring, reporting and evaluating of website data
  • Development and management of newsletter and e-mail marketing as well as automation
     

Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in an online marketing position
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge in campaign planning and reporting
  • Excellent English skills, solid German or Italian skills
  • Good knowledge in numeric analysis and data interpretation
  • Solid knowledge of project management skills
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry, product marketing, sport and outdoor industry or fashion  
  • Knowhow in customer journey and UX
