HR Development Internship (M/F)

We are a team of 850 employees in 10 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak. 

We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team for at least 6 months.
You will help to manage the entire development process from the analysis of the needs, to the organization of the various course and trainings (internal and external) and the evaluation of the programs.

 

Tasks and responsibilities
•    Support in the management of all training requests 
•    Help in the collection of development needs
•    Assist in the registration of participants for external course
•    Support in the organization of our internal trainings including participant management, location and referee organization
•    Assist in the creation, execution and analysis of surveys regarding training program satisfaction
•    Support in various HR projects

 

Profile
•    University student or degree in economics or related fields
•    Very good Italian and English skills, German skills are a plus
•    Good oral and written communication skills
•    Excellent organizational skills 
•    Strong ability to work in team 
•    Standard Excel, Word and Outlook competences
