HR Internship

We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team for at least 6 months.
You will help to manage the recruiting process of our internships in Bolzano and Montebelluna and give a hand in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics. Also you will help within the personnel administration management as hiring and termination practices, variation of employment contracts, support to employees for information related to personnel administration (vacation, maternity, sick leave).
Tasks and responsibilities
- Help to create and update of personnel data in HR software
- Support in managing the documentation required for employee hires and terminations
- Support in general administrative tasks
- Help to draft documents and declarations for employees
- Assist the HR department in various projects
- Support in the management of all internships (contacting candidates, administration, onboarding, follow up)
- Assist in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics (preparation of texts/news, translations, upload of news on the intranet)
- Help in updating the Group’s org charts
Profile
- University student or degree in psychology, economics or related fields
- Fluent in Italian and German or English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accuracy and aptitude for working to deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Good oral and written communication skills
Workplace: Bolzano, IT
Allowance: 850€ gross/month
