IT Service Desk Internship (M/F)

We are looking for an Intern for our customer service oriented Help desk who helps to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will help to solve basic technical problems and help to provide support for all subsidiaries. With this experience, you will grow your knowledge of help desk procedures.

 

Tasks & responsibilities
•    Act as the first point of contact for our employees seeking for IT support
•    Help to configure and install new devices (pc, mobile phones, printers, voip phones)
•    Support in performing onsite and remote troubleshooting to diagnose and solve common IT problems
•    Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
•    Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

 

Profile
•    Passion for Information Technology
•    Good competencies with Microsoft Software and operating systems
•    Good client-facing and communication skills
•    Good problem solving and research skills
•    Proficient in English, and Italian or German
