Planning & Purchasing Internship (M/F)

We are looking for a Planning and Purchasing Intern who supports our Apparel Division for Oberalp’s own brands:  Salewa, Dynafit, LaMunt and Wild Country for at least 6 months. With this internship you will work with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries through and updated production schedule and support logistics department with shipping documents and warehouse incoming.


Tasks and responsibilities
•    Support the daily communication with the supplier to ensure that deliveries are on time and discuss alternative shipment methods when finding delays
•    Update the system (production status and deliveries) and in keep the commercial team informed with change of deliveries
•    Help to coordinate direct shipment with the export sales team and US office
•    Assist in the request and verification of shipping documents and support logistics and warehouse with incoming goods registration
•    Support the factories in creating packing lists and carton labels with your system


•    University student or degree in economics or in a similar field 
•    Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, follow-up will be considered as a plus
•    Very good English and Italian skills
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
•    Reliability, organization and attention to detail
•    Problem solving approach
