Production Specialist Dynafit Apparel (M/F)

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Specialist to join our Dynafit Product Development Team that shares the challenge of constantly improve our products.
Working closely with Product Developers and QC Department, you will contribute to bring the Dynafit Apparel Collection from Salesman Sample Status to Production. This is a good vantage point to see and learn how a collection is made from scratch.

Tasks and responsibilities

Working closely with Product Developers in order to assure Salesman Sample quality
Assuring that BOM are checked, completed and ready to start Bulk Production
Manage the relation with garment makers in order to collect PPS (pre-production-sample), mock-up, strike-off
Control of PPS (pre-production-sample), mock-up, strike-off and - according to the results - suggest, implement and monitor corrective action for production
Collaborate with QC dept in order to manage Failed Tests and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective actions

Profile

At least 3 years’ experience in the textile industry developing/industrializing technical sport apparel
Familiarity with PLM software
Good understanding of textile supply chain and familiarity with Outdoor Industry
Very good English, Italian and /or German is a plus.
Detail oriented and analytical mindset, ability to work in a matrix organization
Availability to travel to Montebelluna/Bolzano HQ, garment suppliers in Europe and Asia
