Sales Operation Assistant (M/F)

The Sales Operation Department is responsible for the order portfolio management for all owned brands. It ensures that all sales orders will be created by following internal guidelines and is responsible for managing exceptions of the portfolio and for coordinating that the goods will leave the warehouse as planned. In this role you will give support in providing accurate data to our global Sales & Customer Service teams and coordinate the creation of the global valid pricelists and/or salesmen samples in the ERP system. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all relevant departments which are part of the process such as sales, product divisions, purchasing and logistics. This gives you the chance to experience different processes in our company.
 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Control and management of order data in our ERP system in order to manage exceptions and optimization of internal availability
  • Support in the control of order portfolio dates and creating reports with our Business Intelligence Tool
  • Support in the sales operations process development
  • Coordination of the samples distribution process
  • Support in creating global valid pricelists

 
Profile

  • 1 year of working experience in a similar position (supply chain, sales operations, customer service, etc.)
  • Degree in economics or industrial engineering
  • Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
  • Excellent Excels skills
  • Knowledge of operational sales topics
  • Structured and organized person who is able to work on priorities
  • Fluent English and Italian is a must have, good knowledge of German is a strong advantage
