Sales Operation Specialist (M/F)

We are looking for an new member for our Sales Operations Team. You will learn how to manage sales orders through the ERP system with the aim to match customer’s expectations with different constraints in the supply chain and you will see how to prepare reports that support the sales targeting monitoring of sell-in data of our own brands and assist in providing accurate data to our global Customer Service team through the ERP-System.

Tasks and responsibilities
•    Management and control of order data in our ERP system
•    Control and Management of master data (pricelists, Salesmen Samples, season opening in the ERP System, etc.) for each season
•    Control of the stock data such as management and monitoring of KPIs for a proper stock evaluation 
•    Prioritize order fulfillment based on defined criteria
•    Development of the sales operations process 
•    Support in reporting and doing analysis

Profile
•    Working experience in a similar position (supply chain, sales planning, operations, Customer Service) and Navison knowledge is considered a plus
•    University degree in economics, statistics, management or a similar field is a plus
•    Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (Pivot, VLookup)
•    Good knowledge of the Italian and English language, German is a plus
•    Passionate about numbers and analytical approach
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills and
•    Exact/accurate working method
