We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist with a solid expertise in HRIS, Compensation, and People Analytics to support company growth through group-wide reward frameworks, job architecture, and HR digitalization. The role enables data-driven people decisions and operates as a senior individual contributor within a lean, international HR organization, working closely with Group HR, IT, and local HR teams.

Tasks & responsibilities

HRIS & HR Digitalization

  • Own group HR digitalization initiatives, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
  • Manage system enhancements and new module implementations (e.g. Compensation, Performance & Goals)
  • Ensure data maintenance and quality in collaboration with the local Business Units
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to improve HR tools and data reliability

Compensation & Reward

  • Develop and implement group-wide incentive plans and compensation frameworks
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses
  • Coordinate the annual salary review and planning process with business leaders and local HR
  • Contribute to transparent and sustainable group reward policies

Job Architecture & Pay Transparency

  • Maintain and evolve the Group Job Architecture and grading framework
  • Act as the reference point for job evaluation, role leveling, and organizational alignment
  • Support the implementation of pay transparency practices in compliance with local regulations

People Analytics

  • Own HR data, reporting, and dashboards
  • Deliver insights to support HR/company decisions
  • Promote a practical, data-driven approach within HR


Profile

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Typically 7+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, and/or HR Analytics in international organizations
  • Experience in a group or corporate HR function
  • Fluency in English language is a must have, knowledge of either Italian or German is required
