Trade Marketing Specialist Export (M/F)

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist Export who is responsible for the brands Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country & Evolv in our Export markets like Norway, Sweden, Finland, Benelux & Slovenia.
You will cooperate closely between the Sales Team, the local Agents and the International Marketing Teams to make sure that marketing goals are achieved according to the strategy and brand guidelines.
For this specific role we offer a fixed term contract.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and reporting of local annual trade marketing activities with focus on in store executions, digital touchpoints and organisation of trade fairs
- Adaptation and preparation of the international trade marketing assets according to the activity calendar with key accounts (POS tools, shopwindows, content, graphics)
- Coordination of local sports marketing activities with focus on race sponsorships, test-events, managing athletes, ambassadors and cooperations
- Planning and coordination of local PR and media activities
- Controlling and reporting of the marketing budgets
- Coordination of external and internal stakeholders like Distributors, Agents and Sales teams
- Implementation of the international marketing and brand strategy through regular exchange
- Alignment of the Sales team on the annual marketing plans
- Support Sales Team in the organization of internal events and dealer events
- Regular visits of the export markets
Profile
- Degree in marketing, communication or business
- 2-3 years of business experiences in marketing, preferably in the sports industry
- Good understanding of the outdoor industry
- Strong ability to interact with people from different cultures
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent Italian and English skills, German skills are a plus
- Good coordination and team work skills, outgoing, creative
- Willingness to travel (20%) and be on-field
- Passion for mountain sports (f.e. ski touring, trail running, mountaineering, climbing)
