Trade Marketing Key Account Specialist Under Armour (M/F)

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Key Account Specialist Under Armour (M/F) for our distributed brand Under Armour. As a Trade Marketing Key Account Specialist you are responsible for the implementation and execution of all brand strategies and key stories at key account level (offline & online) in order to maximize the strategic partnership value. Furthermore you will be responsible for the operational development and management of the Trade and Marketing processes – POS projects and for the development and delivery of product training and learning initiatives for store staff (both Key account and Retail).

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company, resolving issues and complete understanding of needs
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other team members dedicated to the client account to ensure good relationship and the highest quality of trade marketing activities 
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and initiatives 
  • Manage and drive the complete process of POS projects – presentation, briefing, order, management of the logistic part, supervision of the implementation
  • Ensuring perfect execution of digital projects, co-ordinate and distribute digital material and assets for content updates according to proposed timelines
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets 
  • Ensuring training programs and on field coaching of key account store staff and directly operated retail stores – planning and delivering the tools in collaboration with the Tech Rep
  • Active collaboration on Retail projects, in the preparation of events, trade shows and kick off meetings                                               
     

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Relevant experience in a Trade Marketing or Retail environment (1 or 2 years)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Italian)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Photoshop is a plus
  • Capable of working autonomously
  • Detail oriented with excellent administrative skills
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Availability to travel
