As Sales Manager (MW/D), you will be responsible for implementing the brand's sales strategies and aim to maximize profits by developing sales strategies that meet customer needs and promote the products. 
 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support the forecasting process by analyzing the order development according to market growth
  • Analysis of the collection structure and determination of demand for the Italian market
  • Implement the brand strategy in the assigned market
  • Achieve financial sales targets by forecasting demand
  • Develop strategic sales plans and programs for growth and profitability in assigned markets
  • Maintain direct relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Oversee, coordinate and monitor the implementation of all trade concepts and levels
  • Promote assigned brands - organize events and product exhibitions
  • Support and develop a world-class sales team and service levels in the region
  • Develop new business opportunities by evaluating market trends and competitor activities

 

Profile

  • Several years of experience in a comparable sales position, preferably in a sporting goods company
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of sales processes
  • Good numerical and negotiation skills 
  • Proactive, independent personality with natural leadership and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and a high level of energy and a “can do” attitude 
  • Strong customer focus and knowledge of branding, communication and advertising techniques
  • Very good language skills in German and English, knowledge of French is nice-to-have
  • Willingness to travel regularly
